SSE First Quest should be Ulfric Capture?

So After much time I decided to buy SSE, I played the Original Version with a few DLCs
Now I ever wanted to start as a Teenager (mod exists) that lives in Skyrim and do my stuff (no dragons - no mention of dragonborn/Helgen) as a thief or whatever.

I really loved the idea that I can start the main questline if I go to the place where Ulfric is captured, and then get involved in the ambush and from there keep the cinematic sequence from the beginning.
Is there any mod that is similar to that? (I just dislike LAL because you don't get the cart speech with next to Ulfric, Alduin's saving ur head, and Skyrim Unbound just bypass these quests that in my opinion are lore related and break immersion)

Also if a mod like that doesn't exist I'm very interested in becoming a modder so I could start developing my idea. Any suggestions guys?

 

PD: I could also Merge it with the Opening Scene Overhaul SE, that looks amazing!
