Plugin dont reinable when i Switch games

I have 3 Fallout games in vortex. when I activate a different game i have enable the plugins all over age when i go back to that game or when I go the new game. put simpler only the active game I working on plugin stay active when I switch I have to activate the plugin on the new game. then when I go back to the other game I have re-enable pluging for that game.

I installed vortex to the default location on c: but I install the doloads and mods to a folder in that games dirtory ex: d:\steam\steamapp\common\fallout4\vortex\downloads and mods

Same here, I just switched from Skyrim to Fallout4 and all my fallout4 plugins were disabled.
