Game Crashes After New Game Cinematic

I have no damn clue what is causing this crash, I've tried disabling certain mods but still no answer. this is really pissing me off because this is the 3rd time I've had to uninstall the whole game and start modding again for some shitty problem

My tried and true method for installing mods is quite simple ... install one mod at a time to a working game and then test thoroughly. When you add a single mod to a working game and it stops working it's a trivial matter to figure out where to start troubleshooting.
