Rezalon Posted August 15, 2018 Share Posted August 15, 2018 Hearing all these references to the Institute manipulating the Commonwealth from behind the shadows, with an invisible hand, etc., and watching the X-Files and playing Deus Ex recently, gave me the idea to play as Bob Page or the Cigarette Smoking Man in an evil Institute playthrough. I can't make character faces for s#*!, so if somebody could make either or both these characters for a future playhrough of mine, that would be fantastic, thank you.
