CTD on exterior cell changes

So, whenever I try to leave some interior cells to exterior cells the game crashes and when I take a carriage ride for example. I thought it might be a problem with my texture mods because I've had that problem before on oldrim but removing all texture mods didn't work. I also tried Populated Cities because I've had problems with that too but removing it solves nothing. This problem persists even on new saves so I don't think it's a corruption issue. I think it might be a mod confliction but I have no idea what mods might be conflicting. I always run loot after making changes to my mods.

So the exterior module of ELFX was causing the CTD's so I think I've fixed it now :)

Where would I find this elfx? i can create character with Skyrim: unbound and LaL but when it changes cell to chosen start the game crashes.

 

edit: nvm, i see now its a plugin you have. I am still having the issue mentioned though.
