Having issues snapping to terrain

I'm running Homemaker, Architect (Horizon) and Snappy builds for my current save game, I've had issues before with getting objects to be placed on existing assets (such as the back room of starlight drive in). However I have got to the Castle and I am unable to build anything inside the castle walls as the item i'm attempting to place doesn't register it is on solid ground.

I've attempted to install place everywhere to snap to terrain, but i'm having issues with it installing due to F4SE, can anyone recommend me another mod to allow terrain snapping on/off? There doesn't seem to be a dedicated one on the Nexus site.

 

My current build is 1.10.106.0.0
