Cached save directory hard links

This is not a good enough report to count as a bug, but I swear someone is caching save directory hard links.

I use multiple profiles for Skyrim SE. I create them by cloning an existing profile. All have Save Games and Game Settings set to Yes.

On my most recent profile, I copied in one starting save game and started playing. Lots of saves.

No problems in game, launched by Vortex. All saves I was making were visible and loadable.

I had occasion to run Skyrim SE outside of Vortex (I did not want Vortex deploying), and The Skyrim loader could only see the single save

I had copied. After minor panic, I brought Vortex back up - and only that single save was visible in The Vortex list.

After more panic, I found all my current saves in the previous profile's save directory. I used Vortex to copy them to the correct one (Import).

I am guessing this could happen if hard links for both save directories were in effect at the same time.

Update: This is fully repeatable. I need to open a bug...

Steps:

!) Clone an existing Skyrim SE profile. Yes to both options.

2) Switch to new profile.

3) Copy in a starting save from old profile.

4) Start game through Vortex. Observe only one save available.

5) Make a number of saves.

6) Exit Skyrim SE.

7) Observe Vortex only lists the original save.

8 ) Start Skyrim SE again.

9) Observe all saves from original profile are available.

10 Exit Skyrim. Find saves under previous profile.

11) Import missing saves from previous profile. Delete them there.

From this point on, Vortex and Skyrim both see the saves they are supposed to - and new saves go where they are supposed to.
