KOTR2 REALLY Small dialog.tlk mod bug

Hey all. Just released an absolutely essential mod for KotOR 2 - Easier Implants

It is a super simple but important mod that requires the toughness feats for implants instead of stupid 18 Constitution. Works perfectly, but for some reason the update to the CON and Toughness descriptions aren't being appended in the dialog.tlk. I have appended the dialog.tlk before, (for KotOR1) but it is not updating the descriptions. It is not essential, but I'm a perfectionist. Could someone tell me what I did wrong? Perhaps download it and see if it updates your dialog.tlk. If you can help me out, I'll be glad to give you a shout out.
