twopointhospital Mod Request: Make the Staff have no job assigment in recruitment

So I i've been having problems regarding job assigment on bigger hospitals, unmarking each checkbox in order to put the right staff at the right job is a pain, can someone make a mod that makes a staff have no job assigment when you recruit it? And then you can just mark the jobs that you want them to perfom?
