So is it possible to somehow make raider's mug you instead, like say 30% of the time or something, rather than just shooting at you and swinging pipe wrenches at your head right off the bat - I know its the drugs, but that's not to say there are I dunno a chance that some raider's are more interested in actual supplies rather than wasting loads of ammo on heavily armored targets? This way if there is a mugging interaction there's a chance for some diplomacy, or you can just shoot them but at least their would be a choice (gasp!).
