Been having trouble reinstalling morrowind after i did a messup when copying the contents to openmw. but i did a clean reinstall with TR and MGSO but when i tried to open the distant land generator wizard in the install process i got this error message which prevented distant land gen to open.

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Does anyone have any idea what this means? i checked and my .net framework is correctly installed, drivers are up to date, 4gb patch installed and direct x 9/11 is installed properly.

I think you haven't launched MGEXEgui.exe yet and it's required to launch either MGEgui.exe (the old MGE) or MGEXEgui.exe (MGE-XE) before start the distant land wizard in MGE-XE.

Here is a quick guide for both MGE and MGE-XE, just replace MGE with MGE-XE if you use MGE-XE.
