Bookpages are too bright.

I have a problem with the brightness of this mod. Everything else looks fine but the book pages are so bright they kinda hurt my eyes. Is there a way to fix this?

i9-7900X 3.31GHz

I suspect this will be mainly due to ENB. I also found that the environment affected page brightness. So if I opened a book inside a building or outside when it was cloudy the brightness was not too bad. When it was sunny the pages appeared very bright.

I just installed a paper retexture so you might want to look into that

Thanks! I found the solution. It's the Ambient Lighting Intensity and Point Lighting Intensity in the Environment section, their values are too high. I tuned them down and that fixed the problem.

The only problem with tweaking those is that it will affect your ENB across the board, changing the way it looks.

You may be happy with the changes and if so problem solved

If not it may be easier just to install a darker texture for paper
