And the solution is that I USKP makes you wait a week. I am shamed. Can't delete so now you get to see this waste of space thread. I've been struggling to fix this quest for some time and basically I've tried everything - If it's on the internet I've tried it. I used command sqv and everything came back as none. I got the impression this was bad. I'm keen to learn why this isn't working so if you've got the time to explain it to me or help me fix it i'd appreciate it.
