Everything else works but thirst progression (and changing into a vampire without console commands, but that's minor to me).  I can get all the vampire quests, Harkon's group treats me as a vampire, etc.  I just never get thirsty (and therefor do not gain the abilities).  I can use console command to get those abilities but I feel like the actual thirst mechanic adds something pretty significant to the vampire gameplay.  I don't have any other mods that change vampires to my knowledge.  I've used TES5edit and cannot find which mod, if any, is causing this conflict.  My load order is better than what I had the last time I used Sacrosanct, and this is a fresh install of Skyrim so there are no remnant scripts or issues related to deleted mods.  I truly can't figure this one out.

 

I'm thinking it must be somewhere in the load order.  Something I've overlooked since the last time I did this.  Everything is up to date/latest version.  SKSE, Wyre, the works.

I found my issue. It was load order related. You need to open LOOT (or whatever software you're using) and manually make sure Sacrosanct loads after "Alternate Start live another life" if you're using that mod. Not sure why one breaks the other, but it does.

 

If that's not your issue you may have to try something else.
