So I enabled "Show Conflicts Only" in the MO data tab...

And it appears that for awhile, I've unintentionally been ignoring an assload of potential problems that have been messing with my skyrim. Lately, I've been having multiple issues, including but probably not limited to atm:

- CTDs, the bane of skyrim players everywhere and my main complaint

- Stretching boobs and butts on female npcs, a likely result of some HDT mod conflict

- Mammoths falling out of the sky (doesn't bother me as much as it is quite funny)

- Endlessly looping battle music that I have tried to fix to no avail

These are just the most noticeable ones. There are undountedly some other issues going on behind the scenes during gameplay, most of which probably are involved with one of the four above, especially the CTD. I'm having that issue everyone from 2011 to 2014 or 15 and probably still to this day are having. The game crashes at random after a certain amount of time, and of course being helpless I've searched multiple other forums and found solutions that did not work for me. I'm running it on Windows 8 so there's a chance that has something to do with it?

In my quest to find answers, I checked mod organizer and when I clicked show conflicts only, I was astonished by how many conflicts were actually still there. I took a screenshot to accompany this post.

I didn't open anything but as you can probably tell, since it says conflicts only, everything displayed in the window had a conflict. I suspect that if nothing else, these are the causes to crashing I've been having. So my question is what would be the best course of action from here to fix these altogether? And how do I fix the CTD from happening? Do I have to (god forbid) uninstall everything and start over? Do I need to download a program to help recognize and sort out the problem?

What do I do?

I'll also take any answers regarding the other three issues I listed. However, the CTDs are my biggest concern right now. If need be, I can live with the rest.

Thank in you in advance.
