Did you run LOOT to sort it?

 

Are you experiencing any problems when you make a test run as outlined in the "Testing" section of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article? If not, then you are probably good to go.

 

Not a particular problem with that "load order", but why not use the "Project Nevada - All DLC.esp" from the "Project Nevada - Extra Options 1.3" plugin instead of all the separate DLC plugins? (Haven't played TTW myself, so best to check with their site, PN does need a specific TTW patch according to the FAQ in the "Wayback Machine" page.)
