Bound for object exceeds 32000 unit limits

Recommended Posts

I'm trying to give a new race it's own head mesh, but as soon as I open the head part and try to change the model I get this error message:

Bound for object '' (0200CA37) exceeds 32000 unit limits (340282346638528859811704183484516925440,340282346638528859811704183484516925440,340282346638528859811704183484516925440),(-340282346638528859811704183484516925440,-340282346638528859811704183484516925440,-340282346638528859811704183484516925440).

I get the same Error when i try to load my custom mesh.

Whats weird is, this also happens when I load the original unpacked femalehead.nif.

I can still add the headpart to a character, but of course get the error: Failed to load '...\femalehead.nif' in BSFaceGenModel::LoadModelMesh

And of course the char ends with no face :/

I have tried a lot, but I cant find any solution, can anybody help?

An Update:

I got facial animations working, but lip sync still is not. Completely bizarre. Also aggravating!

Here's what I did to get to this point:

  1. Created MFG's in Blender, exported the shape keys.
  2. Imported each Obj into Outfit Studio to make sure they were sized and rotated correctly (I imported them all into the same session to be extra triple 100000% sure nothing moved.)
  3. Exported Basis shape to Nif.
  4. RE-EXPORTED the Obj MFG files individually from Outfit Studio.
  5. Removed the Outfit Studio headers from the Obj files, updated to match Skyrim's preference.
  6. Ran TriCreator.
  7. Set Basis Nif as ref in Outfit Studio
  8. Imported new Tri to make sure nothing else happened
  9. DID NOT EXPORT TRI AGAIN, JUST CLOSED! Outfit Studio seems to corrupt the Tri file for some reason. I assume operator error but not sure.
  10. Checked the file in CC, working expressions, no lip sync.

Bump.

I got the same error when trying the same thing you did, and got it again with the unpacked vanilla female head mesh femalehead.nif as well. Can't find what it means anywhere yet. If anybody does know what this error's about, please let us know.
