Same thing just happened to me I googled the problem found your post and I realized that the only thing that changed was my ini files since I used beth ini to try to fix CTD then I ran into the T pose issue after I started the game then I cleaned my mods I uninstalled and reinstalled FNIS I was using the old rim download without realizing it But after I unstalled it and installed the se version and resintalled the se version the problem stopped
