Where is Bodyslide?

When I downloaded Vortex, i noticed that my bodyslide file wasn't there. And some armors out there require bodyslide to change to your character's downloaded presets and such. Does Vortex not able to have Bodyslide in its menu? And could you tell me how to get to there and enable the armors of my characters once again?

I do all the steps for Bodyslide in Vortex, build everything in Bodyslide but the game is still using normal meshes when I load up...so confused. I haven't used mods in over a year and am new to Vortex but Bodyslide seems like it's working right. I followed all the steps loaded it through Vortex EXACTLY as in your gif...path is set to my game data folder (Fallout 4) and the bodies and textures all load and morph correctly in Bodyslide's preview window when I do it so I am somewhat confused (probably something stupid on my part, though in NMM I never found it too difficult tbh) any suggestions?

Are you starting BodySlide from WITHIN in the game's data directory?

Think so....Steamapps>common>Fallout4>Data>Tools>Bodyslide...using the .exe from the Bodyslide folder here. Launching through Vortex.

If you open settings in BodySlide, what does this field look like on your system:

I somehow don't have the 'CalienteTools' folder, could it be because I am using JaneBod?

And that's where your game is located?

 

If you generate the meshes and close BodySlide. Then you go back to Vortex and click "DeployMods". What's happening then?
