Create a mobile town in the style of Mortal Engines, following the upcoming movie aesthetic crossed with Skyrim. Maybe a mad wizard created something of an amalgam of dwemer and other sorcerous enchantments to build his mobile town. A few Npcs and follower berths to populate it, such as a engineer / smith. The real crux would be making it mobile, so the player could drive it and weigh anchor metaphorically to position it.
