Can't continue download after PC restart

Hello.

I have added to vortex ~120 mods in quque to download. And after PC restart I just can't cuntinue download it. Error message says: "Sorry, this download is missing info necessery to resume. Please try restarting it".

Actually that's make me VERY angry. First things first: I'm not a premium member and I can't even buy it becouse my region is political banned (why normal civilians must suffer for a fat-rich-people political crap?) and I cant use visa, paypal, mastercard, etc. Even register it due VPN.

And where NMM can download up to 10 files with 1 mb\s cap, this Vortex can do only one with 1 mb\s. So how long do I need to wait to download mods? One week? Month? Year?

So what can I do? Or what do I need to do for make this vortex work normally again?

-----------

I'm starting to hate this program alredy.... Small blackout, and you need to SEARCH AND DOWNLOAD ALL STUFF AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN.

Download links sent to Vortex currently expire after 2 hours, so if the download is not started in that time the link will expire.

A future feature of Vortex is planning to allow a new link to be requested in the app itself, but it currently doesn't work like that.

I don't see how Vortex doing files one at a time would be any faster or slower than doing multiple at once, with the 1MB/s (or 2MB/s when we roll that out) cap. You can increase "download threads" in the settings which may allow more than one file to download, however, if it is downloading multiple files it's much more likely a download will fail.

I CAN'T increase number of threads. Settings tab says it's premium feature.

"Regular users are restricted to one thread". NMM never had this restriction. This is a main thing, why my message was so angry (and "being angry" in internet is absolutely not typical state for me).

My mistake, I must've misread the info box on that feature.

The point still stands that it is arguably better to download files in their entirety before starting the next one, and the speed of the downloads would be the same with the non-premium limits. NMM can do multiple files but it's more likely to corrupt and your limited download speed is shared across all active files.

I'm not sure I understood you correctly, English is not my native language (I'm not even from latinic languages group). Let me try to explain what do I mean again.
My MAIN problem is - Vortex need to have ability to continue download even after PC restart.
Reason: only one thread. Most of mods are 100mb+ in weight. So time spended to download one mod is pretty big. Some essential mods are 1gb+. So time to download them are more than hour per ONE mod. It's just physically impossible to download even 10 main\essential mods due to actual program version restrictions, becouse it's need to waste 2-3 hours per ONE mod. So let's imagine we have to download, for example, 50 mods per day? Nope, you won't do that.

Possible solutions:

Make Vortex be able to remember all mods links, like it was in NMM.

Make speed cap bigger (lol, nobody will listen that idea. Everyone need payment for their job)

Make Vortex have at least 3 threads for free members. (more possible compromise)

Yes, I have enough money to but premium. BUT I'm PHYSICALLY have no possibilities to do that doe to political restrictions (no one payment services are not accepting my data, and I'm even region-banned to have acces to the sites).

That's just not fair...

I have pretty the same problem right now.

I loaded about a hundred mods into the queue within about 20 minutes, only to find out that the download had stuck after the third mod.

Pressing the pause buttons didn't help either and so I restarted Vortex. In the hope that the downloads would start again.

But unfortunately none of the downloads started and by clicking on the resume buttons I got only the mentioned error message except for 2 or 3 downloads. Thats pretty frustrating.
