Skyrim SE with ENB, NPCs eyes bright even under shadows

HI guys i have a problem and don't really know what to call this issue but my NPC's eyes is so bright under shadows and doesen't seem to adapt under shadows. when there is a npc under very dark shadows their eyes were like glowing from afar. I also use an ENB, Rudy END to be exact.

• The Eyes Of Beauty (removed from my modlsit)

• Bijin Warmaidens
• Bijin Wives
• Subsurface Scattering Shader
