HALP! - Invisible creatures?

Alright, Idk where else to ask for help. I installed a mod, Unique NPCs - Creatures and Monsters of the Commonwealth and ever since I did, I've been running into creatures that are literally invisible! My companions can shoot them, but I can't even use VATS on them.

Is it a load order problem? I can't guarantee all of these are named correctly, I installed them with the names they had when I downloaded them, but here's the best I could do for assembling my load order without spending several minutes writing every mod down manually;

I know there are some redundant mods in there, for a fact there are regarding weather. Please help me fix this load order. I know some of these mods overwrite parts, but not all, of other mods. I placed the ones I absolutely want lower in the load order (later in?) as I think whatever loads last takes priority.

 

If the load order isn't the issue, what else might it be? (and yes, I know that's a lot of mods, but I know some people run yet even more.)

 

APStim is a mod I made, and I'm not 100% done with it. It adds an expensive item that greatly increases AP restore rate, and increases max AP, for a very short time. I want to make it raise the critical bar in VATS to full as well, but I don't know how. They're somewhat rare to find when looting, but this thread Topic has nothing to do with my own mod. All it does is add the APStim consumable item, and add it to some lists used by containers for loot. I'm still finding them, so I'm sure my lists are not being overwritten or conflicting.
