2. Re-upload of a mod, previously removed for containing files by another author without clear permission from the original author


1. kleinerEngel94, created 11 Mar 2016, 03:18AM, is the secondary account of engeljess23, created 14 Aug 2015, 08:38PM.

2. engeljess23 uploaded a mod 05 November 2018, 03:29PM without clear permissions from the original authors. This mod contained files by another author that has requested to be asked for permission before use and redistribution of their assets. This author was not credited as being „unknown“, permission from this author was not provided. The mod has been removed for that reason.

kleinerEngel94 re-uploaded the mod, slightly modified with a slightly altered title, again. The mod again contained the same files by the other author without providing the original mod author’s permission for use and redistribution.

In addition, kleinerEngel94’s „Asset use permission“ reads:
„You must get permission from me before you are allowed to use any of the assets in this file“

The original mod authors‘ permissions/sub licences that allows the uploader to give permission for further use of their assets in the file/mod has not been provided.
