"Slavic" Uprising Quest in Morthal/Hjaalmarch

Recently I came up with the idea for a Slavic themed Skyrim quest mod. Here is some unofficial background info on the "Slavs" of Skyrim, or the Hjalens, as I have named them.
Note: Hjale is the hjal river, Hjalenska is Hjaalmarch, Hjalenic is the adjective, Hjalen is the singular noun and Hjalens is the plural noun. Hjalenska is Hjaalmarch,

Background Info
The Hjalens are a subset of Nords, who after living in the very isolated region of Morthal/Hjaalmarch started to develop their own (Slavic) accent separate from the regular Nord accent. They are named Hjalens because they inhabit Hjaalmarch, or the region of the Hjale river. Their names are similar to regular Nord names, except with some Slavic twists. For example: perhaps Andryk/Henryk instead of the classic Nordic Andrik or Henrik. You can find Slavic names to use for characters on the following link:
https://www.behindthename.com/names/gender/feminine/usage/slavic (This website is extremely useful for finding names of any culture).

Here is also a link to some Slavic toponyms, for naming any Hjalen villages/settlements in Hjaalmarch, (or Hjalenska, if you would prefer):

Story
Basically, the story is that the Jarl of Hjalenska and her people have shown an ever decreasing interest and involvement in Skyrim's politics, along with an increasing desire to be completely separate from Skyrim's politics, along with Skyrim itself. And one day, for some reason, (that which can be up for discussion), the Hjalens decided to take up arms for their independence. Please note that if the reason for the Hjalens fighting for independence involves the civil war, that I would like to able to fight for one side and finish the war questline before fighting to liberate Hjalenska. And then you have the choice to fight with the Hjalens or fight against them. If you choose the side of the Hjalens, I think you should be promoted to Commander of the army 1/3 or 1/2 of the way along the questline, so you can have the choice to overthrow Jarl Idgrod to become the King/Queen yourself or let Idgrod become the queen at the end of the questline, after gaining independence; you have to be Commander for this, because you need the army to back you up.

Hjalenic Armor/Weapons
My idea for Hjalenic armor/weapons is based upon Kievan/Novgorodian/Varangian armor and weapons from the late early middle ages. Here are some pictures to better explain what I'm thinking about:

King Svyatoslav I of Kiev

Another picture of King Svyatoslav I. (Note the fur pelt cape)

Interesting angle. And you say, Hjaalmarch?

I'm currently fleshing out a small Stonehills quest, vaguely slavic. In a way.

E.g. certain NPC is looking for a family member named "Kendrick", or "Kendrik", and you suggest it should be "Kendryk", do I get that right?

Yes, Hjaalmarch because it is quite isolated, which would make sense as to why the Nords sound like slavs, and it is also very marshy, and according to Procopius' writings on the slavs, that is where they tend to live

As for the "Kendryk" part, I'm not exactly an expert on slavic culture/names but I'm pretty sure that's correct. Again, I provided a link for the list of slavic names if you want to check them out.
