Plugins refuse to enable

I was re-enabling plugins after vortex disabled them (even the dlcs) and it decided midway through to keep disabling plugins after I enable them, I wait a few seconds after enabling one and it just disables itself again, enough repeated attempts to enable it eventually works, but since it's doing this with ALL of them, it is really annoying to try to fix, I'm not even being given any errors...

 

EDIT: I fixed it, turns out having nmm open so I could see what mods I actually had enabled broke it
