I'm currently unable to access the internet at home and was curious about my mod situation in regards to me being unable to access creation club, or even my load-out for mods. Since I can't download mods at home, on the console, is there a way to download them to a flashdrive and install them to my game that way? Maybe a boot-loader I can use to manually install them? Or is it completely necessary to have the Creation Club available and subsequently an internet connection? If anyone had some solid info on this for my newbie-butt I would greatly appreciate it.
