LE Roblox and Minecraft "Oof" sound fx

I don't know why this wasn't brought into Skyrim yet (or maybe it was, but I couldn't find it).

The title says it all: It's a replacer to the sound effect the player and NPCs do when they get hit or killed.

Should be pretty simple to do, I'm not much of a modder myself

If anyone is willing to make that happen, I'm certain that it'll get a lot of downloads and endorsements.
