Mod Request - Maya's Elated skill change.

Hi.

I'd like to request a mod which would change Siren's Harmony skill "Elated", and the way it behaves.

I was thinking of instantly restoring hp instead of regenerating it, and it should proc when you -cast- phaselock at an enemy, be it immune to the control effect or not (like Converge/Helios/Ruin). Since it's instant, the amount should be reduced, so 3% of Maya's max hp per lv, up to a max of 30% hp with 10 points in the skill. I strongly believe that this would be more balanced, as you can easily witness Elated restore allies' hp to full more than once if the difference in max hp is high enough.

Or maybe a passive heal for 0,2% max hp per lv (2% at 10pts) whenever Maya uses her siren powers (non-spammable skills and effects, like scorn, converge, acid cloud, phaselock itself, etc).

If those ideas are not possible, than maybe keep its vanilla effects but make it proc off of Scorn (activate while the orb is out) instead of phaselock.

Similar changes to Wreck and Chain Reaction are not requested, but are welcome for sure.

The reason I ask for such a mod is because Sweet Release and Elated are limited to only work on 'phaselockable' targets, rendering them useless while fighting strong bosses who fight solo (no ads).
I am aware that there is a mod out there which simulates a phaselock for it's base duration when used against immune targets, in order to proc wreck/elated/chain reaction. But, in my experience, it constantly makes phaselock bug and the simulation lasts forever or until I enter FFYL. Entering FFYL is not a viable workaround, as I need to be alive in order to use phaselock again for res/heals/damage/control. Not to mention how constantly doing that would end up reducing ffyl duration to a point where death is almost certain.
I have also tried using a mod which allows me to untoggle active skills. But, unfortunately, it only works to deactivate a "legit" phaselock, but not the simulation that the other mod provides.
I'd do it myself, but I understand almost nothing about modding, beeing limited to change existing codes inside the mod manager only.
Good job on all the existing mods, you guys do wonders for gameplay. I'll endorse all the great mods I've used after the first 24hrs of account creation have passed.
=)
