Howdy Nexus Regulars.

This is Mark. I'm a 56 year old Fiddler from Texas.

Even at my age, I still like playing through elder scrolls games. I suppose I had over 1500 hours into Skyrim by the time I loaded up a mod on to the xb1.

Dang!!!! You people are freaking awesome! You all got me laughing my rear off. You literally got my heart roaring with some scary stuff. You have amazed me with some of your creative brilliance.

You totally outdid everything Bethesda offered up. Mind you now, I'm a big time Elder Scrolls and Fallout fan. You all raised the bar. Just saying.

One more thing. I've won many a fiddle contest and made a small fortune off my music. My woodworking skills would blow your mind. I know this seems like bragging but It will help to make a point. I have a good idea of what art is. You all are artists one and all. Some of could compare to Beethoven or Rembrandt. The only difference is you have a different set of tools to express your art. Some of your stuff is simply amazing.

Nexus Team, thanks for bringing it all together! Because of you, Im building a gaming PC for my Den and I'm getting a mega screen 4k tv as a gaming monitor. You gave me taste, now I'm hooked. I've got to find out what's next.

Talk at you all later!

Mark

Welcome Mark! You are spot on.

I will warn you in advance though, (and I suspect you have already discovered this....) Modding is ADDICTIVE. Once you start, you won't be able to stop. You will be browsing thru mods, looking for some other incidental tweak to your game. You will spend more time tweaking your load order, than you will playing. :D

And what's even worse is, with that shiny new gaming PC, you will have the ability to run the construction kit...... and you can tweak and mod the game to YOUR will and vision. Then, no one outside your home will hear from you, or see you, for extended periods of time. Folks will call/stop by, "just to check on you", as they haven't heard from you in a while. Etc.

Welcome to the world of Mods! We are HAPPY to have you. :D
