Gobi Campaign Scout Rifle Not Moddable with WMX

As the title suggests, I cannot mod my Gobi Campaign Scout Rifle, I am assuming there is a conflict, but I can't find it

Two things strike me.

 

* Which version of TTW are you playing? Now that version 3 has been released, that is important information. The supported mods list is different for each. Verify that WMX is supported or at least not a known problem.

 

* You really need to use a "Merge Patch File" with that collection of mods. Please see the 'Third Rule: The Rule of One' and 'Merge Patch File' sections of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article.

Edit: Please see 'Issue: WMM "The Weapon Mod Menu" won't let me add a weapon mod in game' and 'Issue: Unable to add either of two "weapon mods" to a weapon' entries under the 'Solution to Control problems' section
