Excavator Power Armor from Fallout 76

This is an opportunity for Besthesda to show that the creation club can be good, it's their model after all, the X-02 and X-03 had to be reimagined in Fallout 4's style, EXC-17 and Ultracite already exist in their assets.

I thought the Captain Cosmos CC was the best by far.

They can create a story where two survivors and their robot were tasked with retrieving something from Boston, one was attending VT university and was due to graduate just after the bombs fell (she is wearing a VT Jumpsuit we can loot, under an almost entirely broken Ultracite set).

The man was a Fireman turned Responder and the clothes he has on reflect that, he is dead and he was tinkering with an EXC-17 helmet when he succumbed to his injuries.

The helmet lay on a tree stump with some tools, it can't be worn before repairs, but where is the rest of the suit? A survivor log in the young VT undergrads odd looking Pip-boy informs you of their intended destination, Vault-Tec HQ, and that a robot was accompanying them to carry gear.

The woman with insider knowledge seems to think something useful might be in storage.

You pick up the man's legendary axe, grab the helmet and go in search of the rest of this unfamiliar suit.

Arriving at HQ you find a Protectron in responders livery, modified with sentry legs and maximum carry capacity.

It is looking at a crate, a crate you can interact with, inside you find all sorts of schematics to build things.

You can use recycled Buddy dialogue to tell the lone robot you're taking it with you, it will behave like Jezebel after this, however if you have Automatron and you alter the responder you learn all of the parts and paints (Tux, responder, Emergency sevices etc) present in '4 and '76 from the bots 'memory', if not, don't fret, you have a new unique settler that adds small amounts of defense and happiness but most importantly is in his inventory are the remaining ECX-17 parts

That is illegal, and it'd get removed.

It would only be illegal if they ripped the asset from the game and ported it. If someone were to make a new 3d mesh from the 76 design and it was all their original work it would be fine. Fortunately for you guys blender 2.8 officially released this week and they updated their youtube channel with lots of new tutorials. This thread was started almost a year ago an no eastablished mod author has taken it on. Clearly we all have better things to do so it falls to you people to do more than write up "cool" ideas and talk about how awesome it would be. Get studying and make it happen.
