Game crashed, now is super super laggy,

Hey all. A few months ago I was doing a pretty small modded skyrim playthrough but unfortunately stopped due to a weird issue I couldn't resolve.

Though I can't recall exactly what I was doing, all I remember is that my game crashed ONCE, and upon launching it again it stuck at an extremely sluggish 30fps. Even the mouse cursor on the title screen felt sluggish. I was running it on like 120 FPS just prior to it happening.

Fast forward nearly a year later, I start another playthrough. Been playing for about 12 hours so far, no issues.. However, I attempted to put on a cloak from the "Cloaks of Skyrim" mod and got a game crash.. and of course, just like before, it launches but is only in an extremely unbearable 30 fps.

If anyone could help I'd appreciate it so much, I'm so heartbroken, I just want to play lol

ditch Vortex and go back to NMM

direct download link to last build of NMM - http://nmm.nexusmods.com/Releases/4.5/Nexus%20Mod%20Manager-0.61.6.exe

Vortex has been extremely buggy lately so it's best to continue using NMM, for now

Awesome, will do that now. I'm assuming there's a way for me to import my mods and stuff, right?

Thank you for actually helping and being responsive, by the way. This has been driving me insane.

use https://pastebin.com/ - copy your load order then paste it there, then paste the actual link here

Sorry again but.. How exactly would I copy my load order in text format? I've been fiddling about with it for ten minutes now and can't find a way.

I remember how to do it with NMM, but not vortex.

Anyways, here's the load order - https://pastebin.com/rvnVtDyb
