each time i try to download a texture mod this site stops me download at 200MB and its really annoying as this seems to be the only place with those texture mods.

Which mods? Which browser? What mod manager? What anti-virus? And much more information that was not posted.

It must be something with your ISP or your rig. I have never, ever had a problem downloading mods from this site.
