Really weird jumping movement/physics

Hey guys. I'm having a very weird issue with my game. The jumping movement/physics system is completely broken, when I jump and strafe mid air I stutter everywhere, and if I keep tapping A and D I can move really far. Even holding W while jumping often means I'll go really far and also really fast. I tried to get a video of this problem but I couldn't fully reproduce it. Hopefully you can see what I mean though:

 

So, I'm 90% sure that this is caused by some sort of mod, but I don't know which.

 

Here's my load order, hopefully you can give me some insight as to what's going on and how to fix it.
