Hello everyone im just im looking to see if i could get some help on becoming a modder by that i mean actually making the mods i trying to learn how to rexture games like if a game has low resolution texture and some how make it to a higher resolution over the years ive always just downloaded retexture mods but now i want to contribute in making mods :) any help will be greatly appreciated etc. links to video , sources ,tutorials , wht software to use, some kind of starting point please and thank.
