mod that flags topics already discussed?

I was wondering if a mod exists that maybe changes the color of a discussion topic so you know you've already spoke to an npc about it, or if such a mod is possible.

 

It's a bit frustrating to have 20 topics only to have 5 new ones appear, then 10 more (etc etc etc) and not know which you've already clicked on. I'd rather not have to write things down for each person I speak to.
