RadAway Bug

So this bug here is quite immersion-breaking, I think the bugs started to occurs when I first arrive at the Far Harbor, now if I hold "R" to hide my gun, there's a radaway sound, and my rad is gone, because its turns out, I use one of my 4 billion radaway(yeah that also a bug, and if I die, my radaway gone to 0 until something trigger the bug again, then my radaway went to 4 billion again).

 

Its not just when I hold "R", when I click the dialoge options, there's RadAway sound effect, when I jump in 3rd person view, there's the radaway again.

 

If someone can help me, please do

Has your game always done this (since you started) or is this a new bug? If its new did you recently activate a new mod, or did you deactivate a mod without uninstalling it (some mods allows this option)? Could also be an ini setting, sorry I was not of more help.

No, I think it just started when I first arrive at Far Harbor, before that ? I got no problem with my RadAway, and I don't remember having a mod that alters it, btw, when I reinstall True Storm, the problem stop occurring........until I craft something from the Chemistry station

well, I got a problem with my legendary items too, so I got a weapon that will slow time down if I aim down sight, but the effect still happened even though I've switched my weapon

I've disable all my plug in via nmm, the glitch still occurring
