New to modding FNV issues won't start game crashing

Hello, I joined because I wanted to try out the massive mod fallout new California and I saw with their recommended mod list I could make the game even better after following their list and the instructions the game won't start and just crashes back to the desktop. I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong and any help would be very appreciated thank you so much.

Edit added imgur of my mods

Edit 2: It says unresolved conflicts for those two mods and i tried loading after or loading before and it made the resolved but I still crash back to the desktop.

New California says "Tale of Two Wastelands" group, are you running the TTW New California patch, or version of the mod? That could be the issue. Missing master files is almost always the reason for instant crashing to desktop. I stopped playing it early on several weeks ago, so apologies if any info I give is inaccurate.

Do you have NVSE installed and activated? I believe at least some of those mods require that be present to function properly. Rudy ENB, did you install the correct ENB Series as instructed in that file description? Again, not sure if it can cause instant-crashing, but it's worth checking. I've only installed ENBs twice throughout more than 9 years of modding, so I'm unfamiliar with them largely.

Does Vortex give you any indication of a missing master file? It should always give you this warning, and this will always cause an instant crash to desktop for Bethesda games.

Thank you for your reply!

nothing about missing a master file, I have NVSE installed and activated. Yes I installed the correct enb series.

I just noticed it said tale of two wastelands so i'm going to download fallout 3 and see if that fixes anything

No missing masters, ENB's installed properly, what about the 4GB patch for Vegas? Are you running Steam or GOG version of Vegas?

If you are running GOG, don't install 4GB Patch, it's redundant. If you are running the Steam version of Vegas, you MUST install the 4GB patch for the game. You CANNOT use Vortex to do this either. The Patch has to be installed manually. If you haven't gotten the patch, it's critical for California to work. If you by chance installed it via Vortex, tell Vortex to uninstall and delete it, then reinstall manually.

Here is the link just in case: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/62552

I can't say whether or not this will help you, it turned my game from crashing every 20 minutes to crashing 3 times in 15 hours of playing, albeit others say it's as useful as titties on a boar hog, as my father would say. Make a backup of your game first (precaution), then try NVAC if all else fails: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/53635

Failing all that, if you have the Steam version, try verifying the files, and see if the vanilla game will run. I'd always recommend doing that at least until the introductory phase is done for games before starting modding. You never know.

I just uninstalled and removed vortex and all mods i'm gonna run it vanilla and then go mod by mod and see whats up. I'll follow instructions to the T and hopefully find a couple videos related to it as well. I feel like I may have messed up with the enb's because the directions were kind of unclear or maybe i'm just stupid but hopefully this works out.

I have to say if you are new to modding - New California is not a great place to start. It is a big complex mod that has stability issues all on it's own.

Start with a stable base game and get your feet wet with a few simple mods. ENB is not classed as a simple mod either.
