CthulhuClaus Posted December 13, 2018 Share Posted December 13, 2018 To be brief, I've been having infinite load screens(ILS) all morning, in one of the 2 fo4 playthroughs I've been doing the past couple of days. Somewhere along the way I found out it may have been Full Dialogue Interface doing it, bc as soon as I uninstalled it, the loading screen giving me problems immediately worked and the saves no longer randomly CDT'd (mind you I didnt test my other character as I never encountered this problem with it). However, uninstalling FDI also completely ruins the character models, as hair and body meshes/textures turn bright pink or look like burn victims. So, question is: Why might FDI do this? Are its scripts used by MCM/Looksmenu, and what alternatives/fixes might there be to resolve this, woith or without using FDI? TL;DR- Full Dialogue Interface causes crashing/ infinite loads but character textures/meshes get messed up without it. What do? If any other info (pics, load order, etc) is needed, just ask.
