Hello there,

i'm looking for a Mod that disables the possibility of using Stuff like the Forges of Blacksmithes, Tanning Racks, Cooking Pots, Alchemy Tables, Enchanting Tables, and so on, if they are not marked as the player ones. So for example to start a Smithing Build u have to own a Forge.
I really would love to hear thst this is easy to make. But i assume it's not.

Crafting Requires Permission is similar. It disables the crafting stations unless you rent the facilities or are in the owner's faction.

 

It is mine - Claim your property (Change bed or crafting station ownership) may also be of use, for the purpose of owning your own forge, etc.
