There seems to be a bug in my modded version of the game that removed all the alchemical plants (except for Fly Amanita Caps) from the grasses surrounding the Arcane University in the Imperial City.  It's been a while since I've played Oblivion but I'm almost positive there should be dozens of types of alchemical plants growing there.

Here is my mod list (provided by Wrye Bash):

And here is my BOSS report:

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated; thanks and Merry Christmas!

Please post your loadorder as the mod list from Wrye Bash is basically useless and the BOSS log doesn't give us much help either.

Thanks for the reply.  Actually, since traveling outside IC I've found other alchemical plants, so the ones I remember from around Arcane University may have been provided by an old mod.  However, since my last post I've encountered another issue.

I recently have been encountering crashes when using the custom Spellmaking and Enchanting altars provided in Frostcrag Castle.  These are the first such altars I've used, so it may not be specific to those in Frostcrag.  My load order follows:

Again, any help is greatly appreciated; thanks in advance.

Did you check for conflicts through ObMM and dirty mods?

Did you check for conflicts through ObMM and dirty mods?

I did check for conflicts, but those listed are all 'unparented' and should be resolved through load order.  I'd provide the full Old Conflict report from OBMM but it's too large a group of data to paste here without taking quite a bit of time to do in small chunks.  Also, BOSS lists no warnings or errors.  There are multiple reports in BOSS of dirty edits, but I know very little about these and I've tried and failed to understand the directions on the TES4 site for how to clean dirty edits.  There also seems to be some question about how important it is to do this.  If you believe this is necessary, could you possibly provide links to other directions for how to clean dirty edits?

I really wish the modding community doesn't lose that mod cleaning guide, in fact it seems that some Oblivion stuff is fading away e.g TESCosi wiki is a defunct site and viewing that via the Wayback Machine doesn't do much good.

I know TESCosi wiki is now hosted at TAL, but TAL is down at the moment and I have no idea when TAL is back online again.

I was able to clean all my mods, but after doing so the game started crashing on launch.  At that point I decided to do a clean install and try just running FCOM.  I just wanted to say thanks sincerely for the replies and for trying to help.
