Nexus Mod Manager is no longer supported by the Nexus.  You'll need to open an account and add your trace log at GitHUB, where the latest NMM versions can be found as well as where the developers of NMM are.

Thanks for the info!  I'm a little outta the loop, why doesn't Nexus support their own mod manager anymore?

If Nexus does no longer support NMM, they must to remove recomendation to use it in official wiki.

I don't want to vreate account on github, if anybody can report this for me, please do it.

Well, you wanted help, I gave you some.  Not my problem you don't want to create an account on GitHUB.  It's like buying a car and then not wanting to get a driver's license and then asking folk to drive you.  Get a driver's license, amigo.  Plus, there's a difference between offering support and recommending something.  Good luck.

Do not consider this as a request for help. I have already abandoned the NMM manager in favor of OM2. That is, for myself, I solved the problem. But I was so kind that I spent my time and energy to post this bug report on the forum. Exclusively in the goal to help developers in their hard work. However, I do not want to register on Github. If you already have a registration, you can contribute to the common cause, if not, pass by, somewhere in the forest, for example.
Your allegory is not correct. I have a car that driving past an oak tree teleports back to the garage. I took a new car, and put this car it in a landfill.
