Fallout New Vegas Acting Weird lately

Hello, recently I've encountered a problem where well first off I did a clean install of fallout new vegas and then downloaded ruby's enb and such and a few mods and I tried launching the game then the game looked like it had trouble then a message popped up saying "Failed to initialize renderer. Unknown error creating the Gamebyro Renderer." Whatever that meant, I tried launching it again and the same message popped up, I searched on the internet for a solution found one saying to disable my video card and enable it again? I did that. It didn't work. Anyways then I then downloaded the enb and reshade manager, I clicked the button remove like a video I was following at the time meant and then I launched the game, It worked! I was praising the lord when another message popped up but different "Memory could not be read" I had this before and I fixed it but I don't remember how, I'll leave my load order and some pictures below but I really need someone to help me fix this, I want to play fallout new vegas again.

I recommend you read the entire "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article to understand the differences between this game and others you may have experience with; especially if this is your first attempt to mod FNV or it's been more than a year since you last did so.

You HAVE to run the FalloutNVLauncher.exe before you attempt to mod the game. This is how the game engine determines your hardware, which is what those messages are complaining it doesn't know about. Once it has been run, then you don't need it any more; use the FalloutNV.exe instead. You don't indicate if you have installed the FNV4GB Patcher (linked in the article above), but you REALLY need to or you are almost guaranteed to run out of memory with any mods.

Only after you have a stable, modded FNV should you attempt to install ENB, as it adds complications that have nothing to do directly with FNV itself. When you do, please see the 'Solutions to Post-Processor (ENB/SweetFX et. al.) problems' section of the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" article.

Please provide ALL the information requested in the wiki "How to ask for help" article. Don't forget to identify things that do not appear in the "load order", such as if you are using a "regional language version" of the game; using the FNV4GB Patch, NVSE and it's related plugins; replacements for textures (specifically their larger image sizes: 1024x1024, etc.), animations, or "bodies", etc.; and "post-processors" like ENB or SweetFX. It saves us playing "20 questions" and gets you a more specific answer more quickly. (The usual turn-around on post and reply in an older game forum is 24 hours.)

* See "How to markup images (etc) in forum posts and comments" article for how to use "Spoiler tags".
