Ipapsicle Posted January 1, 2019 Share Posted January 1, 2019 It has always been an idea of mine but I have no modding experience, knowledge, nor any time to dedicate to modding. There has also been a scarce amount of interesting, lore-friendly Dark Brotherhood mods. I think it would be interesting to have a mod bring back the Black Hand for a more traditional dark brotherhood. I've a few suggestions for the members of the Black Hand.My first suggestion is to save the members of the Falkreath Sanctuary from the siege of the Penitus Oculatus. There would be 6 members(excluding Astrid who could have died or have been exiled for betrayal or for breaking the 5 tenets; and Cicero, the keeper who has the second highest power among the Black Hand, after the Listener). This means that there would be a deficit of two members. This is where my second suggestion comes: recruiting Calixto into the brotherhood. A serial killer who doesn't raise the suspicion of the community? Dark Brotherhood material! considering these suggestions, there would still be a 1 person deficit. So unless we can think of another person to recruit, how about letting the questline take its course and take the lives of more than half of the sanctuary. We'd have Babette and Nazir for the Black Hand. Another suggestion I have is a quest mod in which the Listener looks for potential members of the Brotherhood, and potentially, the Black Hand.
