"Vanilla" Vampire mod.

PLEASE! I'm looking for a mod that changes the gameplay of vampires in a very simple way.

Just a few adjustments in existing spells / powers and few addictions. Lore-friendly, fair and balanced with vanilla game.

If possible, my idea is:

- VANILLA CHANGES -
  • Vampiric Drain - Increase damage and cost:
Stage 1: Drains 12 health per second. Costs 14 magicka per second.
Stage 2: Drains 13 health per second. Costs 16 magicka per second.
Stage 3: Drains 14 health per second. Costs 18 magicka per second.
Stage 4: Drains 15 health per second. Costs 20 magicka per second.
*I do not know if perks in Destruction affect the cost of this spell, if not, use the following values: 7/8/9/10 magicka per second. The goal is to have a better spell than Flames, Frostbite or Sparks, but not much better. I accept suggestions on values.
  • Vampire's Servant - Increase power and duration:
Stage 1: Reanimate a strong dead body for 60 seconds.
Stage 2: Reanimate a strong dead body for 120 seconds.
Stage 3: Reanimate a very strong dead body for 120 seconds.
Stage 4: Reanimate a very strong dead body for 180 seconds.
  • Vampire's Sight - Now possible toggle and last forever:
Able to see better in the dark.
* You could make featuring a red shader instead of vanilla blue?
  • Vampire's Seduction - Now boosted by 4 levels and lesser power:
Stage 1: Creatures and people up to level 9 won't fight for 30 seconds.
Stage 2: Creatures and people up to level 10 won't fight for 30 seconds.
Stage 3: Creatures and people up to level 11 won't fight for 30 seconds.
Stage 4: Creatures and people up to level 12 won't fight for 30 seconds.
  • Weakness to Sunlight - add points damage to health, magicka and stamina at sunlight:
Stage 1: -50 health, -50 magicka, -50 stamina, all regeneration reduced by 100%.
Stage 2: -60 health, -60 magicka, -60 stamina, all regeneration reduced by 100%.
Stage 3: -70 health, -70 magicka, -70 stamina, all regeneration reduced by 100%.
Stage 4: -80 health, -80 magicka, -80 stamina, all regeneration reduced by 100%.
VL Form: -90 health, -90 magicka, -90 stamina, all regeneration reduced by 100% in all stages.
  • Resist Frost and Weakness to Fire - Original values before Dawnguard:
Stage 1: Resist frost 25%. Weakness to fire 25%.
Stage 2: Resist frost 50%. Weakness to fire 50%.
Stage 3: Resist frost 75%. Weakness to fire 75%.
Stage 4: Resist frost 100%. Weakness to fire 100%.
  • Embrace of Shadows - Now lesser power with mana cost, remove night vision:
You can become invisible for 30 seconds. Activating an object or attacking will break the spell. Costs 2 magicka per second.
  • Champion of the Night - Now with regenerations when not in sunlight:
Illusion spells cast by a Vampire are 25% more powerful. Also increase 25% health, magicka and stamina regeneration at night.
- NEW POWERS AND ABILITIES -
  • Smell Blood - Lesser power in all stages:
See living creatures (only) throuth walls for 30 seconds.
*Like a Detect Life spell, but with red lights.
  • Bats - Lesser power also enabled in human form:
Special ability, which allows you to transform into a swarm of bats in order to evade damage. Costs 25 magicka.
*If not possible the same spell, a new equal.
  • Blood Ward - New unique red ward lesser power to Vampire Lord form.
Increases armor rating by 50 points and negates up to 50 points of spell damage or effects. Costs 10 magicka per second.
  • Vampiric Strenght - Ability in all stages:
Unarmed strikes deal 10 additional damage, carrying capacity increases by 50, you stagger 25% less and foes stagger 25% more.
  • Breathless - Ability in all stages:
The undead do not need to breath, can swin underwater without drowning.
  • Face of Evil - Ability boosted in all stages:
Stage 1: Intimidations checks can become more likely to succeed in 20%.
Stage 2: Intimidations checks can become more likely to succeed in 30%.
Stage 3: Intimidations checks can become more likely to succeed in 40%.
Stage 4: Intimidations checks can become more likely to succeed in 50%.
  • Pale Skin - New weakness effect:
The vampire will burn into flames when standing in direct sunlight (except in shade).
Stage 1: Suffer 2 points of health per second.
Stage 2: Suffer 3 points of health per second.
Stage 3: Suffer 4 points of health per second.
Stage 4: Suffer 5 points of health per second.
That is how the vanilla vampire should be! :happy:

Why not Curse of the Vampire? it also adds the bats ability in human form.

 

Very attractive, but does not fully meet my ideas.

Hm... However, I quite liked it:

 

 

The Vampire can become more intimidating as they age, intimidations checks can become twice as likely to succeed

The Vampire will burst into flames when standing in direct sunlight / except in shade & enabled by default
Blood Ward - Form a unique red ward that deflects against high levels of magic damage / Vampire Lord only

Have you looked at Better Vampires? Personally I always use this, it is a very comprehensive make-over of vampires.

 

I've seen all the vampire mods available. =/

I'm sure that those few changes above would bring much more immersive gameplay and cohesion with the original game.

I just want those changes, I do not think it's a challenge for modders in this community.

 

It's just that I do not know how to create / change anything at all.. =(

My request is practically a simple a junction of two mods, if somebody know how to edit them and join them with my ideas we will have the Vanilla Vampire Mod.

It is not necessary to create something entirely new.

So, it would be even easier to create the mod, right?

I'll try to slowly develop this mod. However, I am going to create it from scratch. Merging mods is not something you should request to begin with. I'll try to do this mod since it seems fun and a very non-intrusive change to the original vampire.

 

No promises made here as well since I'm currently with a busy agenda.
