Game Crashes (heavily modded)

I play with a heavily modded version of Skyrim, but when I attempt to get to character creation- the game crashes right after Lokir is shot.

I am using SE, and already have the unofficial patch. I've used LOOT and various methods to try and have my game correctly run.

I can't seem to find any logs, skyrim must produce them somewhere right?

Where is your WACCF_BashedPatch? It should be last in your load order, just before your Bash Patch; which with that mod load you should have. Did you disable those mods mid game or start a new game after disabling them?
