[Mod Request] Manually Fired SOS Flare

I kinda really want to be able to fire the SOS flare like regular slinger ammo.

 

Doesn't necessarily mean tying firing the slinger to making an SOS request, I just want to fire the flare myself.

 

In the very likely case that making a new kind of slinger ammo and tying the SOS mechanic to firing said ammo is basically impossible (it probably is), then something like replacing some common slinger ammo projectile like stones with the flare's projectile (so firing a stone from the slinger looks and sounds like you're firing the flare) will be just as good.
