[LE] Creating an Ethereal Power

Hey guys! long time without entering the site! Had a break on Skyrim but couldn´t manage to keep with it,so I´m back lmao.

 

I´m not an expert using the Creation Kit, so I would like to ask you something.

 

Thing is, I´m creating a Power to fit my Roleplay; a Ghost Swordsman.

 

To do so, I´m creating a lesser power that lets me go Ethereal when i trigger the power, so when I am fighting i can pass through the attack and give him a backslash ( Endgame ghost of course, too op ;p).

 

My problem is, well,everything lmfao. How do i create it? How do i put the effects on? how do i make it consume magic while active? How do i make it fall under Illusion perks?
