I have noticed that when using the tweak to allow mousewheel to switch between favourite weapons, this behaviour is suspended when certain conditions are met (e.g. in third person view, but also when scrolling in Just Loot Menu.)

Certain mods such as JIP CCC however do NOT block mousewheel inputs - meaning when the mousewheel is used to control JIP CCC's command bar, the weapon/favourites switching still occurs. Is there a way to patch another mod such that it's prevents the weapon wheel from activating? Or suspend FPS weapon wheel commands when a certain UI element is active on screen?

Make the mods call the ToggleVanityWheel command from JIP.

possible for a tweak that prevents NPCs from running while aiming, to somewhat minimize the darting they do during combat.

Would it be possible for a tweak that disables the lowering of volume for stuff like gunshots, radios, etc when in dialogue? I know its to actually hear the NPC but it could most likely fix problems with mods that let you force out of dialogue with NPCs when there's no "goodbye" option. ty
